where you can have an independent lunch in The Coffee Shop followed by a private tour of the art and design rooms, dye kitchen and silk screen studio. Continue on to your hotel in Stow on the Wold. Welcome

9 August:Today drive to the Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust Slimbridge for the ‘Flight” exhibition, followed by a visit to Gloucester and the Beatrix Potter “Tailor of Gloucester”
location and Gloucester Cathedral. Time permitting, there may be an opportunity to stop en route at Catherine Shinn’s Decorative Textiles shop in Cheltenham. Dinner
in your hotel this evening.

Friday 10 August Overnight Stow on the Wold
10 August:Today you will visit Chipping Campden where you will be able to explore the village and visit the Campden Quilt Shop. Continue on to Hidcote Manor Gardens
for a tour of the garden and manor house. Independent dinner this evening.

Saturday 11 August Overnight Usk
11 August:Depart Stow on the Wold and head for Tintern Abbey followed by Susie Vaughan
in Llansoy and a visit to her basket-making studio and garden. After lunch here continue on to your hotel in the village of Usk. Independent dinner this evening.

12 August:Today you will visit the Welsh Folk Museum, an outdoor museum of period homes and shops, including the textiles and costume collection. Continue on to Court Cupboard Craft Centre

14 August:Today a visit to Jen Jones Welsh Quilts
for a viewing of her private collection of quilts and blankets including a c.1810 Tree of Life quilt, newly acquired from the Pembrokeshire family who originally quilted it. Tea
at Jen’s home and shopping in her cottage shop. Continue on to your hotel in Crickhowell. Independent dinner this evening. B T
Wednesday 15 August Overnight Crickhowell
15 August:Today a full day studio tour and workshop with Marie Roper, British quilt and textile artist. Morning coffee, studio tour and talk here. Lunch
at a local pub, followed by a workshop in the afternoon. Independent dinner this evening.
